Serves 4

 

 

Ingredients:

1 pack Follow Your Heart Vegan Egg

1 pack Sgia Speck/Rashers

1 pack Cheatin’ Lincolnshire Style Sausages

1 tin of Suma Baked Beans

1 onion

 

Method:

  1. Follow Your Heart provide specific instructions on the packet for how to make the vegan egg, it is best to follow them.*

  2. Chop the onion.

  3. In a frying pan, fry Cheatin’ sausages for around 5mintues.

  4. In separate pan put baked beans on a medium heat.

  5. Into the frying pan add the onion and Sgia Mheat, cook for a further 5minutes.

  6. Serve and enjoy!

 

Notes:

*Vegan Egg takes around 8minutes to cook, and for best results follow the instructions

   exactly.
