Colourful Couscous Salad

Serves 4


200g Natural Cool Leaf Spinach*

1 packet Clearspring Instant Couscous

1 block of Taifun Bell Pepper Feto

1 onion


  1. In pan sauté the spinach, feto and onion

  2. In a bowl cover the couscous with boiling water and leave to sit for 3minutes.

  3. Mix all the ingredients together.

  4. Serve


*frozen spinach can be substituted for fresh spinach

*add as many fresh vegetables as you have available/would like
