Awesome Asparagus Risotto

Serves 4


700ml water*

150g Bio Inside Edamame Beans*

2 cloves of garlic

1 packet of Organico Asparagus Risotto

1 serving of Bio Rice Cuisine*


1. Roughly chop and fry the garlic.

2. Once garlic is golden add the water and risotto mix, cook for 10minutes.

3. Then add the edamame beans, cook for a further 10minutes.

4. Finally add the rice cream.

5. Serve.


* edamame can be substituted for frozen peas

* rice cream can be subsituted for any other vegan cream
