Crispy Chorizo Orzo
Serves 4
Ingredients:
250g Infinity Foods Orzo
1 Wheaty Spacebar Chorizo
1 jar of Biona Artichoke Hearts
1 pack of Suma Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Method:
1. Place orzo in a pan of boiling water, on a medium heat, and cook for 9minutes.
2. Chop the spacebar into thin round disks.
3. To a frying pan add the spacebar, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes.
4. Once cooked add the orzo, and fry for around 3 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy!
