Haggis, Beets & Tatties
2 sweet potatoes
1 Macsween Vegetarian Haggis
Marigold Vegetarian Gravy
1. Chop the potatoes, sweet potatoes and beetroots.
2. Place in a pan of cold water and boil for 40minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and mash, add some vegan butter, salt and pepper.
4. Microwave the haggis for 5 minutes.
5. Make gravy as packaging instructs.
6. Serve and Enjoy!
* For a more traditional Burns' Supper switch out the sweet potatoes and beetroot for turnips.
