Super Speedy Tempeh Stir Fry

Serves 4


1 inch of fresh ginger (peeled and roughly chopped)

1 jar of clearspring bean sprouts

1 jar of yakso bamboo shoots

1 tin of Javanese


1tbsp sweet chilli sauce*

2 packets of edamame miso ramen

3 cloves of garlic (peeled and roughly chopped)


  1. Place a frying pan on high heat, add a splash of water.

  2. To the pan add ginger, garlic and tempeh; fry for 2 minutes or until garlic is golden.

  3. In another pan, add some boiling water and the edamame ramen, cook on medium for around 5 minutes.

  4. To the frying pan add the bean sprouts and bamboo shoots and fry for 2 minutes.

  5. Add the noodles to the frying pan, mix through the chilli sauce.

  6. Serve.


* add sweet chilli sauce to taste.

* you can also add fresh vegetables such as, carrots, celery, broccoli etc. if you have them
