Colourful Couscous Salad
200g Natural Cool Leaf Spinach*
1 packet Clearspring Instant Couscous
1 block of Taifun Bell Pepper Feto
In pan sauté the spinach, feto and onion
In a bowl cover the couscous with boiling water and leave to sit for 3minutes.
Mix all the ingredients together.
*frozen spinach can be substituted for fresh spinach
*add as many fresh vegetables as you have available/would like
