Tempting Tofu Scramble Breakfast Sandwich
2 large Baguettes
1 packet Taifan Tofu*
2tsp Garlic Granules
1tsp Olive Oil
1. Roughly chop the onions and tofu.
2. Add to a frying pan on a medium heat with the oil and garlic granules.
3. Fry for around 5minutes.
4. Lightly toast the baguettes.
5. Assemble the sandwich.
6. Serve and enjoy!
*you can use any flavour of tofu you prefer, but we love Taifan's garlic
