Tasty Tofu Bolognese
Serves 4
Ingredients:
200g Explore Chickpea Spaghetti*
1 packet Oasis Organic Marinated Tofu
1 jar of Mr Organic Marinara
1 Onion
2tsp Essential Organic Garlic Granules
Method:
1. Roughly chop the onion and tofu.
2. To a frying pan on medium heat, add the onion, tofu and garlic granules.
3. To a pan of boiling water add the spaghetti and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add the marinara sauce to the tofu mix, and continue to cook until the spaghetti is ready.
5. Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
* chickpea spaghetti can be subsituted for any other type of spaghetti or pasta.
